
Zachary Wilt, MD, is a fellowship trained orthopedic spine surgeon.He completed his orthopedic surgical residency at Rothman Orthopaedics at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital and followed with a prestigious fellowship in combined Neurosurgical and Orthopaedic Complex Spine Surgery at the Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland, OH where he served as Chief Fellow.
He is originally from Lancaster, Pennsylvania and attended Franklin & Marshall College where he received a BA in Chemistry.Dr. Wilt then completed his MD at Thomas Jefferson University where he received numerous awards.
Dr. Wilt is a published physician having his work featured in numerous peer-reviewed articles, textbook chapters and abstracts. His ongoing research focuses on motion sparing techniques, deformity and robotic surgery.
Dr. Wilt specializes in treating degenerative conditions, as well as traumatic injuries of the spine. He has a particular interest in managing disorders of the cervical, thoracic and lumbar spine with techniques ranging from complex reconstruction to minimally invasive surgeries, neuronavigation and robotic surgery.
