
Dr. Daniel is a Professor of Orthopaedic Surgery at Sidney Kimmel Medical College at Thomas Jefferson University and is the Residency Program Director of Orthopaedic Surgery at Jefferson Health New Jersey, where he holds the title of Clinical Professor.He completed residency in Orthopaedic Surgery at the Walter Reed Army Medical Center in Washington, D.C. and went on to complete fellowship training in Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Surgery at Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore.
Dr. Daniel has published numerous peer reviewed scientific papers, as well as several book chapters and has presented his research nationally and internationally on the diagnosis and treatment of conditions related to the foot and ankle. He draws on his experience in the management of all aspects of foot and ankle surgery to include deformity correction, sports injuries, arthroscopy, reconstruction, fracture management, arthritis, neuromuscular conditions (to include stroke and cerebral palsy) and ankle replacement surgery.
Dr. Daniel is a member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and the American Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Society.
Dr. Daniel proudly served his country on active duty for 20 years and retired as a Lieutenant Colonel in the United States Army. He held numerous nominative positions, to include providing direct medical support to the 5th Special Forces Group.
