Dr. Fletcher received his medical training from SUNY Health Science Center College of Medicine and went on to complete a residency in both General Surgery and Orthopaedic Surgery at New York Medical College in Valhalla, NY . He later completed a fellowship in Hand Surgery at the University of Southern California Medical School in Los Angeles, CA.
