Rothman Orthopaedics Announces Renewal of Center City District Partnership

Rothman Orthopaedics is excited to announce the renewal of its decade-long partnership with the Center City District. Together, the organizations will bring back the Rothman Ice Rink and Rothman Cabin at Dilworth Park this November.

“Since 2014, we have been proud partners of the Center City District, and we're excited to continue this collaboration and announce the return of these signature activities for another year,” said Alexander R. Vaccaro, M.D., Ph.D., MBA, President, Rothman Orthopaedics. “This beloved ice-skating rink and cabin give the community a chance to get outside and enjoy the city all winter long.”

Residents can join Rothman Orthopaedics and the Center City District in November for a ribbon-cutting ceremony and see first-hand how the Rothman Ice Rink and Cabin transform Center City into a winter wonderland.

Rothman Orthopaedics will also serve as the presenting partner of “Free in February” to offer skaters free rink admission on Mondays and Tuesdays throughout the month.

In addition to supporting the winter cabin and ice rink, Rothman Orthopaedics is proud to play a driving force behind other activities at Dilworth Park. As the presenting partner of Center City Fit, Rothman Orthopaedics is helping the city stay active with free fitness classes from May to October. Additionally, residents can enjoy Dilworth Park in the spring at the Rothman Roller Rink from April to June each year.
