William C Dorgan, MS, PA-C
William, Bill, is a native of Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. He completed both his undergraduate and graduate degrees at Philadelphia University. He has numerous years of experience in both emergency medicine and orthopaedic surgery. He enjoys working in conjunction with and assisting Dr. Mangan in treating degenerative conditions and traumatic injuries of the spine.
