AdventHealth, Rothman Orthopaedic Institute announce partnership to establish Central Florida care network

AdventHealth is pleased to announce it is partnering with the internationally recognized Rothman Orthopaedic Institute to expand access to world-class orthopaedic care in Central Florida. The long-term partnership brings the research and academic expertise of Rothman Orthopaedics’ nearly 200 physicians to AdventHealth’s network in metro Orlando, which sees more than 3.4 million patient visits annually.

Rothman has signed multiple physicians to employment agreements for Central Florida and will continue to build a roster of fellowship trained, sub-specialized physicians who have a history of exceeding clinical quality, reputation and share an interest in research.

“We are making a major investment to bring more health care services to Central Florida, while building a connected, innovative system that is designed around the consumer’s needs,” said Daryl Tol, president and CEO of AdventHealth’s Central Florida Division. “Rothman Orthopaedics is a world leader, and together with the AdventHealth Orthopedic Institute, we will push the field of orthopedics into a new phase of research, prevention and treatment.”

For Rothman, AdventHealth was a natural fit for growth.
