No-Show & Cancelation Policy
Our goal is to provide quality care in a timely manner. Our No-Show & Cancellation policy is not meant to be punitive; however, no-shows and late cancellations affect our ability to manage available appointments and to provide the best medical care possible to all patients. When you make an appointment, we reserve a significant amount of time specifically for your consultation. Unfortunately, when a patient doesn’t show for their scheduled appointment, another patient loses an opportunity to be seen.
- If you need to cancel or re-schedule, you are requested to notify us as soon as possible, but no later than 24 hours in advance. Without this notification, you will be responsible for a $50.00 cancellation fee. Cancellation charges are not covered by insurance and are due and payable prior to any future appointments.
- If your appointment is not canceled within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time, you will be considered a “no show.” If you do not show for three appointments, you may be unable to schedule subsequent appointments and could be discharged from our practice at the provider’s discretion.
