Why did you choose Rothman?

I chose Rothman due to their reputation in Ocean County and their dedication to groundbreaking procedures. Their physicians set high standards for themselves and make you feel like you are part of their family. I have always had a one-on-one relationship with my physician. My experience felt very personal and I felt that all of my concerns were heard. Not only do I consider them awesome doctors, but they are friends as well.

Describe your experience.

I went to visit a Foot & Ankle specialist at Rothman Orthopaedics for an examination, and after having an x-ray taken, my physician let me know that I had suffered a Stress Fracture in that foot. It was devastating to hear, especially since I was scheduled to compete in four races in the coming months. I told my physician that "No" was not an option when it came to missing those races. From there, my medical team at Rothman was nothing but upfront regarding the timeline associated with my recovery and the work that I would need to put in to get back to specializing in what I love.
After instilling trust in one another, and working to achieve my goal, I was able to return in time to compete in all four races.

What would you recommend to patients considering treatment?

I highly recommend Rothman Orthopaedics. I have had such a positive outcome. Their ability to listen, digest and formulate a treatment plan was spot on. When I go to the office, I know that they will take good care of me. I have been there many times and I have never been disappointed.
