Describe your experience.
Mobility is everything to me. The pain I was experiencing held me back from doing the things I love. When I was told I needed my hip replaced, I was so upset, I thought hip replacement was for old people. When I went to Rothman, everyone was so nice and my doctor said “I got you”. I went home almost immediately after surgery and recovered pretty quickly. I’m now pain free! I can cross my legs and walk up and down steps with no problem!
What would you recommend to patients considering treatment?
Please don’t think about hip replacement as a procedure that’s only for the elderly. I was hesitant at first, but after I had my surgery, I was able to get back to my regular life and routine without any pain. I recommend Rothman to all of my friends and family on a consistent basis!
